By accessing or using DayMaster, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms
• If you do not agree, you must stop using DayMaster immediately

DayMaster provides Bazi (八字 / Four Pillars of Destiny) calculations and interpretations for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Our readings are based on traditional Chinese metaphysical frameworks and do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice.

Decisions made based on readings are solely your own responsibility.

Fortune scores, compatibility percentages, and archetype descriptions are algorithmic interpretations of classical Bazi theory and should be treated as cultural exploration, not predictive guarantees.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person
• You must provide accurate birth data for chart calculations
• You must not impersonate another person or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

To calculate your Day Master (日主) and birth chart, we collect your date of birth, time of birth (optional), and location of birth (optional).

• This information is used exclusively to compute your Four Pillars
• Your data is never sold to third parties
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings > Security > Delete Account

• You are responsible for obtaining consent from individuals whose birth data you enter into the People Vault
• Elemental compatibility scores and relationship readings are algorithmic interpretations of classical Bazi compatibility theory
• They are provided for curiosity and reflection — not as guidance to begin, alter, or end any relationship
• DayMaster bears no responsibility for decisions made based on compatibility readings

All content, design, archetype names, reading templates, fortune narratives, and visual assets in DayMaster are owned by DayMaster and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from DayMaster's content without written permission. You may share your personal Identity Card and Fate Cards via the in-app sharing features.

DayMaster is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DayMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the app
• Any decisions made based on Bazi readings or compatibility scores
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any errors in Bazi calculations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Security > Delete Account.

We may update these Terms periodically as DayMaster evolves. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
